My Exchange to Næstved Denmark: Week 8: Meeting My Second Host Family and LENNART! :D

This week was pretty great, on Monday I went to Rotary, and even though I couldn't understand most of the presentation, it was still really really cool, it was about the underwater tunnel they are building between Sjælland(The island of Denmark I live on) and Germany.) Even though they haven't started building the actual tunnel and are still in the manufacturing, it was interesting to see how they were actually planning to make it happen. It is being called the Fehmarnbelt Fixed Link.
Wednesday was a pretty good day, I got out of school at 11:25 and at 15:00 I got to meet my second host family for the first time. :) We sat and talked for probably an hour and a half over coffee, biscotti and some amazing coffee cake. My next room is also a girls room lol. but this time on one wall there is partially pink floral wallpaper..... eh, I guess Ill just cover it up with the 3 flags that I have. It was really cool meeting them :)
On Thursday I decided to make my 5th visit to my new playground, it is a forested park where I have mountain biked a few times, but this time I decided to run. The name of my playground is, Fruens Plantage. :P It is home to some of the only noteworthy hills in Denmark. I am very happy where I am.
However, the most exciting day this week was Saturday. Saturday I had my host mom take me with her to her work in Copenhagen where I met my exchange brother Lennart and his new girlfriend. We walked around the city from about 13:00 to 18:30, then we made pizza at the apartment they were staying at in Brønshøj, Copenhagen. I stayed there until almost 10:15 because we had quite a funny incident with the bus driver who was driving one of the buses that I could have taken to get back to my moms work to be driven home. This bus driver was apparently in a hurry to get somewhere, because as I was about to get on his empty bus he closed the doors as fast as he could, while he was motioning for me to get on the next bus he pretty much peeled out in this bus, not even joking. So I wait for the next bus, and luckily he doesn't do the same thing. When I get back to my moms work she decides that she wants to show me what she does for fun. She takes me into what, on the outside just looks like a wear house, on the inside it definitely isn't. On the inside it is a total party with 1400 guests, probably 50 tables, 2 full bars, a stage, and a dance floor. It was huge. After that she had one of her co-workers take me home.
